04 Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider
In the event of a failed payment on an instalment plan, access to services may be suspended until payment is received
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed

05 Refund Policy

Digital downloads and resources: All sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded
Webinars and live events: Refunds may be issued if requested at least 48 hours before the event
Coaching programmes: Refund terms are outlined in your individual programme agreement
Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law

⚠ Once you have accessed a digital product or attended a live session, refunds cannot be issued. Please ensure you are committed before purchasing.

Materials provided within programmes are for your personal use only
